How is NHAIS ILL Working at Your Library?

October 8, 2020 was technically the one-year anniversary of the launch of the current NHAIS ILL System. Because of the pandemic February 2021 marked twelve months of using the system for New Hampshire libraries. This seems like a good point to take stock of how the system is working for us.

We have put together a short (anonymous) survey to give us a sense of how things are going. We would appreciate it if whoever at your library actually uses the system to place and fill ILL requests would take a few minutes to complete the survey at
