Space out those multi-copy requests
If you're using the multi-copy request feature in the NHAIS ILL System, be sure to allow a little time--at least 5 minutes--between submitting multi-copy requests. A bug has been discovered which can cause lender lists to get mixed up between multi-copy requests submitted by the same library within a couple of minutes of each other. Until the issue is fixed, be sure to allow some space between your multi-copy requests.
