Changes to Your Lists and Stayed Too Long Report
The NHAIS ILL System will be offline for up to 15 minutes starting at 10 o'clock tonight (Thursday, May 6) to install program updates. Most of the changes this time are administrative ones that you won't see but here a couple updates you might notice:
-In Your Lists, the scroll bar for titles in a list has been removed, as it was restricting the display to 2½ titles. This change will allow the user to see more titles in their list; scrolling through a list of titles will be controlled by the page scroll bar on the right. If there is a large number of lists, a separate scroll bar just for the “list of lists” will display. In a future release, the header information (Select/Clear, Delete, Print, etc.) will be restored as a fixed header so that information won’t disappear when the user scrolls down the page.
-“0” can now be used for Number of Days in the Stayed Too Long Report (Staff Dashboard > Statistics > ILL Statistics > Stayed Too Long Report). While the report was originally intended to spotlight requests that have been in a particular status for an extended period, this change will allow libraries to get a list of all requests in a specified status, even those that moved to that status on the date the report is run. Also, additional fields have been added to the report output. On Borrower role reports Current Lender Code and Current Lender Name will now be included while on Lender role reports Borrower Code and Borrower Name have been added.
