More shipping label issues

In addition to the previously noted issue with printing shipping labels, other problems have been seen since changes to the shipping labels were made with Thursday night's program update. These problems are being worked on by Auto-Graphics.

Libraries that scan the barcodes printed on shipping labels (an alternative to typing in request numbers) are finding the new, smaller barcodes are harder or impossible to scan:

Libraries that do not have direct van delivery service and have to pick up their ILL materials at another location are finding that the third line of the Route To section (where it should say something like FOR ACME PUBLIC) is cut off.

Libraries that have direct van service have only two lines in the Route To section so this doesn't affect them.
