Follow-up on issues in NHAIS ILL System Thu 4/28

Two of the issues noted yesterday in the NHAIS ILL System have been fixed. Still being worked on is an intermittent problem experienced in some browsers when hitting the <Enter> key to launch a search after entering criteria in the search box. If nothing happens except the clearing of the lower portion of the screen, try hitting <Enter> again or using your mouse to click on the search icon (the magnifying glass).

Additionally, there's an intermittent problem in some browsers when the Advanced button is clicked. If nothing happens except the clearing of the lower portion of the screen, launch a regular search and then try clicking on Advanced again. If you still can't get to the Advanced Searching screen, log out and log back in again.

If you get a "Something went wrong..." message after launching your search, clearing your browser cache should take care of it. The steps for clearing the cache vary from browser to browser; an Internet search for, say, "clear Firefox cache" will turn up instructions.
