Update on issues on NHAIS ILL System Wed 4/27
An update on issues noted earlier today (Wednesday, April 27):
-In some browsers, clicking the Request This Item button cleared the
results portion of the screen but didn't bring up the request form. If you've had this problem today, clear your browser's cache (for instructions, do an Internet search for "clear [your browser] cache," substituting Chrome or Firefox or Edge or Safari for [your browser]) then re-open the browser and try it again. You should see the request form appear in a timely fashion after clicking on Request This Item.
-When opening the Advanced Search screen, the Searchable Catalogs area is expanded by default. As mentioned earlier, this will be returned to the previous default of collapsed soon.
-In some browsers, hitting the <Enter> key after entering a search term gets you nowhere. This is still being worked on. If you run into this problem, hit <Enter> again or use your mouse to click on the search icon (the magnifying glass).
