June 2022 ILL Activity

During June 2022 there were 12,376 requests filled through the NHAIS ILL System by 224 separate libraries.

Most of the requests placed, 75% , were filled.
About 18% of requests were marked "will not supply."
Unfortunately 3.5% of the requests went unresponded to. The libraries that are not responding within the required 3 days will, as in the past, be hearing from NHAIS Services to help you sort this out.The remaining 3.5% were in process, cancelled, or set to retry (in approximately equal amounts).
