Enhancements to Your Account/Items From Other Libraries

Auto-Graphics reports the following enhancements to Items From Other Libraries under Your Account in the NHAIS ILL System:

Previously when viewing Items From Other Libraries as a patron, the date field contained the date the request was placed, not the due date for the item to be returned. When patrons clicked Renew Item, it wasn’t clear if the item was renewed.

-The Date field has been changed to Date Requested

-The due date will now display on a separate line as Due Date and will display for patron ILL requests in the following statuses:
Received
Not Received/Overdue
Accepted Renewal
Recalled
Received
Rejected Renewal
Overdue
Patron Renewal Request
Renewed by Lender
Renew Pending
Renew/Overdue

-When a patron clicks Renew Item, the button text will be changed to Request Renewal, and the status will change to: Library staff are reviewing your renewal request.

-When staff update a request to Renewal in Request Manager, in Items From Other Libraries, the patron will see the status: Awaiting renewal reply from the lending library.
