Logins and links
If you're in the habit of hitting the Enter key after typing your password for the NHAIS ILL System and expecting that to get you logged in, you may have noticed in the past week that the login box just sat there until you used your mouse or touchpad to click on the Submit button. Alternatively, you could use the Tab key twice to move the focus from the Password field to the Submit button and then hit Enter. Auto-Graphics is aware of this change and looking into it.
Meanwhile, work to update links in the NHAIS ILL System following the redesign of the State Library's website has been completed for all locations. While that work was happening, some libraries saw "NHAIS ILL System" in the upper left of the screen, even when logged in. Now all locations should see their town or city and library name in the upper left when logged in. Please contact the NHAIS Help Desk if you find otherwise.
We're still working on updating links in the NHAIS Notes blog. Only posts from the past 4 years (from the time our current ILL system was implemented) will be updated. You'll see a note at the end of the post if it's been altered.
