ILL fixes Tue 4/2

The NHAIS Interlibrary Loan System will be offline briefly tonight (Tuesday, April 2) starting at 10 o'clock to allow installation of program updates.

-The program is supposed to hide the Request This Item button for most electronic formats but recently hasn't been suppressing the option. This has been corrected.

-The new reports installed two weeks ago that were hidden from most users will now be visible to those logged in as staff. Note that these are beta versions of these reports. If you have ideas on how these reports could be more useful to you, please send specifics to the NHAIS Help Desk so we can share them with Auto-Graphics staff.

The new Borrowing Statistics, Lending Statistics, and Net Activity reports give you a new way to look at stats that have always been available to you. The Top Requested Titles report is something entirely new, pulling titles from the requests created by the borrowing location, whether filled or not.

Remember that statistics are retained in the system for the current year plus the previous two full calendar years (so, currently, going back to January  1, 2022). However, the beta reports are not capturing data related to requests that have been deleted from the Request Manager. This will be corrected in a future update.
