Van adjustments for Fourth of July
I’m hearing some discussion about the upcoming Fourth of July Holiday, and the day after, July 5.
The State Library will be open July 5 and the vans will be running, with a few adjustments.
I’m trying to insure that everyone receives a delivery that week. We have quite a few libraries that receive deliveries on Thursday’s only so I will make some adjustments to the routes.
The plan is for the North Country route on Tuesday, July 2 will be:
Whitefield Gorham
Jefferson Randolph
Lancaster Jackson
Groveton Bartlett
N. Stratford N. Conway
Colebrook Conway
Errol Madison
WMCC Twin Mountain
Berlin
Also on Tuesday, July 2 we will also do a separate special South West route to deliver to: Grafton, Canaan, Enfield, Etna, and Springfield.
For the Lakes Region route: Sanbornton will be delivered to Belmont on Wednesday, July 3.
The rest of the Lakes Region route on Friday, July 5, will be only these libraries:
New Hampshire State Prison, Hill, Bristol, Center Harbor, Tuftonboro, Sanbornville, Milton, Farmington, New Durham, Barnstead, and Pittsfield.
The South East route, and South West – A & B routes on Friday, will run as usual.
If you are planning on being closed on July 5, when you normally receive a delivery, and we don’t have a key to your library, please let the State Library know by calling the Circulation Desk at 271-2616. Otherwise we will make our regular deliveries on Friday, July 5.
Thank you.
Best,
Jill Witham
