Labor Day holiday
As we did with Independence Day, Labor Day will be set as a holiday for all libraries in the NHAIS ILL System. This will add an extra day to the time allowed for lenders to respond to Pending requests. This should help keep down the number of requests that go to Retry because of the holiday. You can still create new requests or respond to requests from other libraries on Sept. 2 if you like.
