Van adjustments week of 12/23-12/27

I have come up with a plan to ensure that most libraries will receive a delivery next week.
The plan is we will eliminate the SE-A and SE-B routes, on Tuesday, December 24, 2024.

The libraries affected on  SE–A are:
Barrington, Newmarket, Stratham, Greenland, Hampton, Exeter, Brentwood, Plaistow, Atkinson, Hampstead, Danville, Sandown, Chester.

The libraries affected on SE–B are:
Auburn, Derry, Windham, Pelham, Londonderry, Litchfield, Hudson, Nashua, Hollis, Milford, Amherst, Merrimack, Bedford, Manchester.

On Tuesday, December 24, 2024  we will deliver to these libraries:
Greenfield, Francestown, Hopkinton, Allenstown, Pembroke, Chichester, Canterbury.

For the libraries in the North Country, our North Country driver is planning to combine the Tuesday/Thursday stops and make those deliveries on Tuesday, December 24, 2024. Those libraries are:
Whitefield, Lancaster, Groveton, Stratford, Colebrook, Errol, Gorham, Jefferson, Randolph,  Jackson, North Conway, Conway, Madison, Bartlett, Twin Mountain.
I’m not sure if that’s the exact order, but the driver will do their best to stop at each library.

For the  SW part of the state, on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 we will deliver to:
Webster, Salisbury, Andover, Wilmot, Grafton, Canaan, Enfield, Etna, Springfield, Sutton, Warner, Bradford, Sunapee, Weare.

Then on Thursday, December 26, 2024 we will deliver to the North Country libraries that usually receive on Wednesdays, which are:
Plymouth, Rumney, Wentworth, Warren, Orford, Piermont, Haverhill, North Haverhill, Woodsville, Bath, Lisbon, Littleton, Bethlehem.

There will NOT be a SW route on Thursday, December 26, 2024.

If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me.
Have a wonderful and safe Holiday.

Best,
