One day to go!
One more day! The new NHAIS Interlibrary Loan System launches at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, October 8.
Over the weekend, test ILL transactions created in the system during the training period were cleared out and all passwords were reset. This afternoon, new login credentials will be sent via e-mail to the directors of libraries whose staff attended training. Directors should carefully read the instructions about setting new passwords in the system.
For libraries participating in the new NHAIS ILL System at launch, Tuesday marks the beginning of the obligation to check the system for incoming requests every day your library is open and to respond to those requests within 24 hours of seeing them. All other conditions in the NHAIS ILL agreement, which each participating library's director signed, also apply starting Tuesday morning at 8.
