Issues in NHAIS ILL System Wed 4/27
Some issues noted this morning (Wednesday, April 27) in the NHAIS ILL System:
-In some browsers, clicking the Request This Item button clears the results portion of the screen but doesn't bring up the request form. Try an alternate browser.
-When opening the Advanced Search screen, the Searchable Catalogs area is expanded by default. This will be returned to the previous default of collapsed soon.
-In some browsers, hitting the <Enter> key after entering a search term gets you nowhere. Use your mouse to click on the search icon (the magnifying glass).
These issues have been reported to Auto-Graphics. If you are aware of other oddities in the system this morning, please report details to the NHAIS Help Desk.
