SW van route adjustments Wed 9/11

We will be combining some of the stops from the two southwest routes, and skipping some stops that will receive a delivery later in the week. This way we can ensure that all the “once a week” libraries will receive a delivery.
 
Today, Greenfield and Francestown will receive their delivery on the Capital Route this morning. The rest of the southwest route will go as followed:

Meriden
River Valley Community College
Claremont (Fiske Free)
Walpole
Westmoreland
Chesterfield
Keene Public
Winchester
Richmond
Fitzwilliam
Rindge (Ingalls Memorial)
Temple
